To Get Started:

Complete Online Form & Attach Contract

  1. TC creates SkySlope file and uploads documents for management and viewing by team and agent – The file will be opened based on Broker requirements as provided by agent. If agent is unsure, the TC will reach out to the broker or designated party to obtain the required documents based on the type of transaction specified by agent.

  2. TC shall communicate with an introduction email to Title/Escrow and request the follow:

    • Earnest Money Deposit Receipt

    • Preliminary Title Report

    • Natural Hazard Disclosure (NHD)

    • CC&Rs and/or HOA documents

    • Home Warranty

  3. TC will calendar any/all pertinent dates and deadlines per the contract, such as:

    • Earnest money deposit due – receipt request

    • Appraisal/Loan/Inspection contingency removal dates

    • Projected Close of Escrow (COE)


These deadlines are tracked with calendar reminders for emails and/or calls that the TC will send out 3 days prior and again the day before the deadline for documents not yet received.
