ADVISOR TRAINING INTRO

This document is the guide for the Advisor to learn the business of coaching their agents. Your job as an Advisor is to guide your agents to long term success within Fusion’s business model. Through a series of training both in person online you will need to learn the concepts of being a coaching and Fusion;s business platform.

The Training Process -

Each section of the coaching concepts and steps will be broken into modules where you will learn, study then test to show your comprehension of the material. You may be mentored by a senior Advisor for a period of time to ensure your agent’s get the best possible experience from the coaching,

 

Each module will consist of

  1. The concept principles of the subject

  2. The practice of the subject

  3. The systems that are tied to that subject,

followed by a test about the subject.

  • For example “The Welcome Call Advisor Introduction”, The training module will contain the description of the purpose for the call, the script of what to say on the call, and the process for documenting your results of the call
