Fusion Growth Partners is a Business Incubator and Business Accelerator for real estate agents and teams.  We invest heavily (thousands of dollars in capital and other resources) into those small businesses and help them grow clientele and teams. We earn our compensation with a small percentage of their future business.

 

We are looking for polished professionals to support our current partners in running the day to day operations of their businesses.  

 

Job Description:

We are looking for CalBRE licensed individuals who can support our real estate partners with their clients, showing property, hosting open houses, signing disclosures, coordinating marketing, etc.

 

Our ideal situation is to find agents who have great customer service skills and is a hard worker that is dedicated to providing excellent service to clients. The ideal candidate has these skills but perhaps is struggling to generate consistent business who would like to join a real estate team that has steady business and clients.

 

If you are great with customers and reliable, then you might be the right fit for our teams. As an associate/assistant, agent you will earn a commission on each closed deal that you assist with. 

 

This position is perfect for the person who is more service oriented versus sales oriented, enjoys supporting others and is looking to work in real estate full time.
